She was a wonderful negotiator to ensure we not only received top dollar, but that our buyer (and therefore sale) was solid.

As First-Time Home Sellers we were unsure of the steps it would take to get our house ready to list but Michelle walked us through each and every step. Michelle has a fantastic eye for style and was able to stage our home to maximize the space and the unique features of the home. She treated our home as if it were her own and made it look so nice I fell in love with it again.

Michelle suggested that we waited a few extra days to list the home so that it was fresh on the market on the weekend when there is the most viewing traffic, which was the perfect decision because within a few hours of listing we already had an offer – which was amazing! Michelle is more than detail oriented, she knew our file like the back of her hand and sent weekly update reports with a ‘next steps’ list so we were kept abreast of the timeline.

Anytime she saw a potential hiccup she let us know immediately and she guided us through the process with the utmost knowledge and confidence.
