Michelle provided regular updates during all phases of the transaction (showing, contract, post contract, inspection, loan updates and final walk through). When we knew when we could expect the schedule of events: Inspection, Appraisal Examination, when to expect the Appraisal Results, when we could anticipate Lender’s Request, When we could expect to receive our keys, and various milestones.
