Michelle’s real estate specialty is in residential transactions, working frequently with urban, suburban, and rural properties in King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties. She also has numerous experiences helping clients in challenging moves; whether you’re relocating long-distance, welcoming a new family member into your home, or undergoing divorce, Michelle can give you the care and guidance needed for your situation. 

First-Hand Knowledge

As a full-time agent working with both buyers and sellers, Michelle has real-time knowledge of current market trends before they become public. She utilizes this knowledge to educate clients on things like offer trends, inspection terms, and privately provides unpublished prices of homes under contract. 

It’s this dedication to ensuring her clients make an informed choice that helped Michelle reach the top 10% of all U.S. Keller Williams agents in under three years and has earned her multiple Achievement Awards for her work.  

Multiple Certifications

Michelle is certified by the Real Estate Negotiation Institute, endorsed by the National Association of Realtors, as a skilled negotiator. She has also been certified by the Veterans Association for Home Ownership in VA transactions, serving those who have served, and by the WA State Housing Finance Commission to co-lead education seminars on the process specific to the needs of her first-time buyers.


Michelle graduated from the University of Washington, Foster School of Business, with a focus in Marketing and Certificates in Sales and International Studies in Business. With over two decades of experience in sales and negotiations, her education and life before real estate provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in negotiations, client education, and effective marketing. Michelle’s collaborative negotiating strategy puts her clients in the best position to win.


My Story

Born in Seattle, Michelle is a longtime resident of the region. In her personal time, Michelle enjoys smothering her pets, an elderly cat and senior pug, with love. She’s the former holder of her gym’s record for the fastest Female 500m Row, and the Heaviest Female Back Squat. Whenever she catches a day off, you’ll find Michelle taking in the local arts and culture scene and finding the best of local Seattle gastronomy - with her foodie partners taking on the role of guide.

Diane is a licensed Realtor and Michelle’s staging maven. She has over 20 years of staging experience, including opening her own Framing & Art gallery in 1990.



Our back-end admin. Sarah has worked in marketing and database management for 5 years and supports Michelle in her organization and project management. 



Laura is a trusted Realtor that Michelle calls on for assistance to open doors or get a second opinion; with over 20 years’ experience in client services and curated experiences. 



Carolyn is the newest member of our team, providing her keen eye to our staging services. With over 7 years interior design experience, she has already proven herself an asset.
